Can I use an old photo?
Absolutely. We work with whatever photo you have — even one from years ago. The photo that captures their personality best is usually the right one, regardless of when it was taken.
What if the photo quality isn't great?
Our AI handles a range of photo qualities. A clear, well-lit photo gives the best result, but we've created beautiful portraits from phone photos, slightly blurry shots and older images. Give it a try — the preview is free.
How long does it take?
Your preview is typically ready within minutes. If you order a canvas print, it's printed in Australia and delivered to your door within 5–10 business days.
