The print is applied using a sublimation process that bonds the ink into the ceramic glaze. With normal use — including regular dishwasher cycles — the print stays vibrant for years. No peeling, no cracking, no fading.
Is the mug really dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes to both. We recommend top-rack dishwasher placement for the longest print life, but these mugs are built for daily use. Microwave your coffee without a second thought.
Can I choose which portrait goes on the mug?
Absolutely. The mug is printed with the portrait style and variation you select. Your favourite style, on your morning coffee companion. What you see in your digital delivery is exactly what gets printed.
What's the difference between 11oz and 15oz?
The 11oz holds a standard flat white or cup of tea — your classic cafe-sized mug. The 15oz is for the 'I need a bigger cup' people — holds a large latte or a generous cuppa with room to spare. The 15oz is slightly taller and wider.
How does shipping work?
Mugs are printed in Australia by our production partner and shipped in custom foam packaging to prevent breakage. Delivered to your door in 7-10 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size.
What if it arrives broken?
We'll replace it at no cost. Just send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll have a new one printed and shipped immediately. No arguments, no hassle.
