Does this case offer decent protection?
It's a glossy snap case — designed for scratch protection and style, not heavy-duty impact resistance. It has raised edges around the camera and screen for face-down protection. If you need rugged protection for construction sites or extreme sports, this one's better as a special-occasion case.
What if my phone model isn't listed?
We currently support iPhone 11 through iPhone 17, including all Pro, Pro Max, and Plus variants. If your phone isn't listed, create your portrait anyway — we're adding new models regularly. Your portrait files are print-ready for any custom printing service in the meantime.
Can I see what the case will look like before I order?
The portrait you've already approved is the exact artwork that goes on the case. What you see in your email delivery is what gets printed — edge to edge, full resolution. No surprises, no cropping, no guessing.
How do I find out which iPhone I have?
Go to Settings > General > About on your phone. The model name is listed right at the top. If you're still unsure, the model number is printed in tiny text on the back of your phone near the bottom.
How durable is the print?
The print is sublimation-applied — bonded into the case material, not stuck on top. It's scratch-resistant under normal use. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure when the phone is face-down (like leaving it in the sun at the beach).
How does shipping work?
Cases are printed in Australia by our production partner and shipped in a slim protective mailer. Delivered to your door in 7-10 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size.
Can I remove and replace the case easily?
